Idle Rocket Miner is made by Ogress Tech (“we”). Questions or requests: support@idlerocketminer.com.
The game has no login. We don’t collect your name, email, location, contacts, or advertising ID. There are no third-party ads, analytics, or tracking SDKs.
Your game save — progress, settings, and play statistics — is stored on your device.
In the default Ranked mode, the game periodically uploads a copy of your save over an encrypted connection so we can balance the game, verify leaderboards, and reward long-time players. Each upload contains:
None of this identifies you or your device. Switch to Casual mode in Settings to stop all uploads.
Uploaded data is held on Google Cloud Platform (servers in Australia), our hosting provider. Our server also keeps standard technical logs, including IP address, for security and troubleshooting. We don’t sell your data or share it with anyone else. Uploaded saves are turned into aggregate statistics and deleted when no longer needed.
You can switch to Casual mode to stop all uploads, and request deletion of data already uploaded. Uninstalling the app removes all local data. See Remove My Data for step-by-step instructions; because uploads carry only a random ID and nothing that identifies you, we’ll ask for details about your game to help locate them.
Children under 13 aren’t our target audience, but we see no problem with them playing — it’s an educational game about chemistry, and the parts likely to interest younger players (flying the rocket) are harmless. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from children, and we don’t collect identifying data from anyone.
We’ll update this page and the date above if any of this changes.
