Idle Rocket Miner has no accounts and no login. In the default Ranked mode the game uploads copies of your save tagged with a random ID that is generated on your device and is not linked to your name, email, or anything else about you. There are two separate things you can do: stop any further data being sent, and ask us to delete data already uploaded.
Casual mode uploads nothing. To switch:
From then on, no data leaves your device. Note that this is effectively one-way: returning to Ranked later requires restarting your progress, by design.
Because uploads carry only a random ID and nothing that identifies you, we can’t look you up directly. To find your data and delete it, we need enough detail about your game to match it with confidence.

The more of these you can give us, the more confidently we can identify your uploads. When enough details line up we’ll delete everything we can attribute to your installation; when only a few match we’ll remove what we can confidently identify. This is handled manually, so please allow a little time — we’ll reply to confirm once it’s done.
To also remove the copy stored on your device, uninstall the app.
